तेजी से बढ़ती दुनिया की आबादी ने हमारे सामने कई चुनौतियां खड़ी कर दी हैं। विश्व में मानव जनसंख्या लगातार बढती जा रही है ।

11 जुलाई 1989 को विश्व की जनसंख्या ने पांच अरब का आंकड़ा पार किया । तभी से इस दिन को विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के रूप में मनाने की शुरुआत हुई ।

लगातार बढती जनसंख्या को ध्यान में रखकर संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने जनसंख्या वृद्धि को लेकर दुनिया भर में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए 11 जुलाई को यह दिवस मनाने का निर्णय लिया।

इस दिन विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के दिन विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन होता है जिनमें जनसंख्या वृद्धि की वजह से होने वाले खतरे के प्रति लोगों को आगाह किया जाता है।

आज दुनिया का हर देश जनसंख्या विस्फोट की आशंका से चिंतित हैं। हर देश अपनी  जनसंख्या को नियंत्रण करने के लिए कोशिश कर रहा है, कुछ ने जनसंख्या कानून बना लिया है तो कुछ देश इसकी तैयारी में हैं।

जहाँ अविकसित और विकासशील देशों में रोजगार के अभाव में लोग पलायन कर विदेश की राह पर चलते हैं वहीँ विकसित देश बाहर से आकर रहने वाले शरणार्थियों की वजह से परेशान हैं।

अत्यधिक तेज़ गति से बढ़ती जनसंख्या के प्रति लोगों में जागरूकता लाने के उद्देश्य से ही यह दिवस मनाया जाता है। परिवार नियोजन की महत्ता को समझते हुए देशों में अब हम दो हमारे दो पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। आबादी पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए सीमित परिवार के फायदे बताए जा रहे हैं।

भारत में जनसंख्या


चीन के बाद भारत जनसंख्या के मामले में विश्व में दूसरे नंबर पर है। विशेषज्ञों ने चिंता जताई है कि अगर भारत की जनसंख्या इसी दर से बढ़ती रही तो कुछ दशकों में भारत विश्व में सर्वाधिक जनसंख्या वाला देश बन जाएगा।

जनसंख्या में होने वाली वृद्धि नई पीढ़ियों को बेहतर जीवन के लिए चिंता की लकीर है । बेहतर शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार व अन्य सुविधाएँ भविष्य में आबादी के हिसाब से और अधिक कम महसूस होने लगेंगीं ।

सीमित प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का समुचित उपयोग और उपभोग जनसंख्या बढ़ने से जल्द ही कम पड़ जाएगा । दुनिया की जनसंख्या जैसे जैसे बढ़ेगी वैसे वैसे लोगों को भोजन, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य समेत मूल सुविधाओं से वंचित होना पड़ेगा क्योंकि संशाधन सीमित होते हैं।

विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के दिन बढ़ती जनसंख्या पर रोक लगाने के प्रति लोगों को जागरुक किया जाता है। तेजी से जनसंख्या की वृद्धि कई वजहों से समाज और स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरनाक है।

बढ़ती जनसंख्या के कारण


जनसंख्या बढ़ने की मुख्य वजह गरीबी और अशिक्षा है। अशिक्षा की वजह से लोग परिवार नियोजन के महत्व को नहीं समझते । युवाओं को गर्भ निरोधक के उपाय की जानकारी नहीं दी जाती है।

देश के कई पिछड़े इलाकों में बाल विवाह की परंपरा है। इसकी वजह से कम उम्र में ही महिलाएं मां बन जाती हैं।  इसके अलावा, लड़कियों को शादी से पहले गर्भ निरोधक के उपाय संबंधित जानकारी नहीं दी जाती है। अशिक्षा की वजह से लोग परिवार नियोजन के महत्व को नहीं समझते।

आज भी लड़के की चाह में रूढ़िवादी लोग परिवार नियोजन अपनाने को तैयार नहीं होते।  महिलाओं पर लड़का पैदा करने का दबाव बनाया जाता है।

बढती सुविधाओ और चिकित्सा सुविधा से दुनियाभर में बुजुर्गों की संख्या में लगातार वृद्धि हो रही है। जनसंख्या घनत्व जनसंख्या प्रति इकाई क्षेत्रफ़ल पर निवास करने वाले लोगों की संख्या का माप होता है।

जनसंख्या वृद्धि के विभिन्न कारणों पर विचार कर इनके लिए उपायों पर ध्यान देना भी उतना ही जरूरी है।

विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के दिन विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन होता है जिसमें विभिन्न समाजिक कार्यक्रमों व सभाओं का संचालन, प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन, नुक्कड़ नाटक ,जनसंख्या वृद्ध‍ि के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर प्रकाश डालना और इसके प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करना शामिल हैं। जिनमें जनसंख्या वृद्धि की वजह से होने वाले खतरे के प्रति लोगों को आगाह किया जाता है।

चीन जनसंख्या में अभी पहले स्थान पर और भारत उसके बाद दूसरा दुनिया का सबसे अधिक जनसंख्या वाला देश है।

Easy full body workout for beginners


These Exercises don't require a gym or special equipment. You just need some space for you to move. There are a lot of benefits to starting your day with an exercise.

Not only does it make you a happier, more emotionally stable person, it also reduces your stress, increase your body’s fat burning capabilities, lower your blood pressure, and reduce the risk for diabetes. Here’s some beginners exercise for you.

This video will help you lose a significant amount of weight by exercising on a daily basis for about 3-4x a week.



Do this workout at home without the use of any equipment. Remember that you burn fat by exercising DAILY, and paying attention to what you eat (no sugar and no grains).

Try to stick to this exercise plan to get in shape. We need not to go gym for this. No need to spend any money for this exercise. Targets the muscles of your whole body and it will give you a sweat.

Easy warm up Exercise for beginners ( Video )


Before you begin any workout you should warm up and stretch your body to avoid any injuries during the workout. I've been asked for reason behind my fitness and slim body by all my friends. In my opinion everybody should work-out on daily basis and should warm up body before work out. At the end of these warm up exercise your body will be warmed up and ready for any physical activity. You should be doing this warm-up session before any workout you perform, so try to stick to this plan to get in shape. This warm up is made for home or in park. We need not to go Jim for this. No need to spend any money for this warm up exercise. So do try this warm-up workout and tell me how you feel after that.

For anyone who is working out secretly in room, i want to advices that don’t feel embarrassed to exercise in front of your family thinking that all will judge you. Don’t care who is watching you .You start it and keep continue , once you will be slim and fit , everybody will encouraged you and you will feel confident .Your confidence will be boosted up .

If you're insecure about your body or if you just want to change it for the better, you have to do exercise. One day you're going to look back and say "I did it” which you are thinking as impossible at the moment. Possible word can be derived from impossible. You have to remove “im” from impossible word to make it possible. In same manner you have to remove fat from your body by doing exercise to be fit and look slim and beautiful.

Reopening of Salon in London after Lockdown



Salon are reopen in London on 4th july after covid lockdown .Now you can go to your hairdresser for hair cutting in your favourite salon as all salon in UK open now under new government guidelines to maintain social distancing etc . In this video we will see how salons are operating on reopening after covid in london . Safety measures taken by salon for people safety or not ? salon opened on papers or really working . By this video we will also undersatnd whether salons are following these New guidance for hairdressers by the Government for England:

1.When visiting hairdressers, markings on the floor will show where people should sit, and customers will be encouraged to turn up to their appointment exactly on time.

2..If there is a queue, this should be outside with social distancing in place.
Customers can expect to be seated away from others and side-to-side, with at least one metre (and preferably two) between themselves and other clients.

3.Till points will have screens between customers and cashiers and doors and windows will be kept open to increase ventilation.

4.Hairdressers must also wear a protective visor that extends below their chin, but do not need to wear an additional face mask.

5.Customers can choose to wear a face covering if they wish to but this is not mandatory.

6.You can still have your hair blow dried, but magazines will be ditched due to the risk of transferring Covid-19 via surfaces.

7.only water in disposable cups or bottles will be allowed, as salons will not be serving coffee.

8.Music must also be turned down low so that people do not end up shouting to one another, which increases the risk of transmitting the virus.

9.Customers should be encouraged to wash or sanitise their hands as they enter the premises or before a treatment.

10.Salons should use disposable equipment where possible, but should wash non-disposable equipment such as scissors between each client.

11.Customer chairs should also be sanitised after each use, toilets cleaned regularly and disposable gowns used for each person where possible, with clean towels for each client.

12.Salons will also keep a temporary record of all clients and visitors for 21 days, in case there is a coronavirus outbreak.
