Easy warm up Exercise for beginners ( Video )


Before you begin any workout you should warm up and stretch your body to avoid any injuries during the workout. I've been asked for reason behind my fitness and slim body by all my friends. In my opinion everybody should work-out on daily basis and should warm up body before work out. At the end of these warm up exercise your body will be warmed up and ready for any physical activity. You should be doing this warm-up session before any workout you perform, so try to stick to this plan to get in shape. This warm up is made for home or in park. We need not to go Jim for this. No need to spend any money for this warm up exercise. So do try this warm-up workout and tell me how you feel after that.

This warm up video include following exercises:
1. Side bend
2. Knee hugs
3. Knee tucks crunches
4. Split Jump
5. Arm cross Over
6. Punches
7. Arm circle
8. Back turns

For anyone who is working out secretly in room, i want to advices that don’t feel embarrassed to exercise in front of your family thinking that all will judge you. Don’t care who is watching you .You start it and keep continue , once you will be slim and fit , everybody will encouraged you and you will feel confident .Your confidence will be boosted up .

If you're insecure about your body or if you just want to change it for the better, you have to do exercise. One day you're going to look back and say "I did it” which you are thinking as impossible at the moment. Possible word can be derived from impossible. You have to remove “im” from impossible word to make it possible. In same manner you have to remove fat from your body by doing exercise to be fit and look slim and beautiful.

If you are trying these warm up first time then do as per your convenience without hurting your body. Start with 2 minutes and increase it in phase manner as per your body requirement. Try to do as many as you can, and if you can't go all the way to the end, just remember the number of reps and exercises you have done and just aim to do better the next time! Please also note that this is made for beginners only and you have to increase reps in a progressive manner. I also perform more reps than shown in this video which boost my confidence and make my body slim and better. Go ahead and prove yourself. I know you can do it....
